What if I did not get the gift card receipt email?

After the redemption of a gift card, you will receive an email with details of your gift card redemption, including a link to access the redeemed card. Email platforms use varying degrees of spam filters to avoid unnecessary or unwanted emails in your inbox.

If you did not receive an expected email from the MustardHub system regarding a gift card redemption, please check your spam or promotions folder for the missing notification. If it’s still missing and did not get filtered to your spam or promotions folder, please wait approximately 5-10 minutes before emailing support@mustardhub.com.

You can still easily access the gift card by logging into your MustardHub account and viewing the details in your order history.
